Hotel Pepen in San Cristobal de las Casas exceeded my expectations! My partner and I had the most amazing stay to ring in the New Year. the housekeeping was exceptional, with daily towel changes and restocking of essentials. the large, cozy bed and hot showers made us feel like we were in a high-end hotel. The boutique hotel's rustic vibes and charming design were a delight. Our room had a lovely view of hills and trees, and the Mexican blanket on the bed added a cozy touch. Its proximity to the city center and nice cafes/restaurants made exploring so convenient. The staff was incredibly welcoming, allowing for early check-in and luggage storage. the hotel's newness and cleanliness added to the overall appeal. the availability of amenities like hair dryers and the option for a paid shuttle service enhanced our experience even more. Definitely the best hotel we've stayed at in San Cristobal de las Casas!
